Services. They contracted to a large agency in South Mississippi
to perform such services to their varied clients. Among them
were a national chain of retail stores, municipalities, schools,
and heavy industry |

Adjusters, Int'l began providing complete Third Party
Administration services for self-insured programs both locally
and nationwide for Liability and the Southeast for Workers'
Compensation.

Adjusters, Int'l formed a full services Managed Care company,
Associated Managed Care, offering Bill Review, Nurse Case Management,
Voc/Rehab, and Pre Cert/Peer Review. |

Associated
Managed Care forms a Statewide Preferred Provider Organization
(PPO) to supplement their Managed Care program.

Adjusters, Int'l became a wholly owned subsidiary of BancorpSouth
Insurance Services, Inc. |

Associated
Adjusters, Int'l forms an auditing company, Associated
Auditing Services, and began offering complete file audits
on Workers' Compensation and General Liability for self-insured
accounts.
