Guaranteed Quality Service

Our office is totally computerized, and we can communicate by mail, fax or e-mail. All reports are generated by computer, and photographs can be done digitally. We have the capability of generating Loss Run Reports formatted to meet your specifications.

  • While we will customize our claims handling to whatever requirements requested, here are the standard services we provide.
  • 24-hour contact with claimant/insured either in person or by telephone. contact is usually within 12 hours.
  • First report in seven days - status reports every 30 days thereafter or sooner if necessary. On important issues we will call or fax immediately.
  • At your request we will fax or e-mail appraisals.
  • 24-hour answering service for emergency call-outs.
  • Quarterly interim billing complete with time sheets and code sheets when services exceed $250.00.
  • Recorded statements taken with standard or mini-nonremovable tape cassettes.
  • All photographs taken in color with 35mm single lens reflex camera or digitally.
